Correspondence, black-and-white photograph, typed case summary, autopsy report, reports, charts and notes relating to female from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 54 at first examination in 1959. Conditions mentioned include: aneurysm (right carotid/posterior communicating); neck stiffness; headache; and vomiting. Surgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
