Typed case summary and chart relating to male corporal from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 21 at first examination in 1941 Conditions mentioned include: headache; diplopia; anaesthesia in left shoulder; left horner's syndrome; concussional head injury; retrograde and anterograde amnesia; and weakness of left arm. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
