Typed case summary, correspondence, charts, drawings and photographs relating to male gunner from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 34 at first examination in 1941 Conditions mentioned include: gunshot wound to the head; dysphasia; right facial paresis; fracture of skull; and headaches. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
