Typed case summary and notes relating to maleprivate fromScotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 29 at first examination in 1942 Conditions mentioned include: loss of taste and smell; intellectual deterioration following severe head injury; cerebral cortical atrophy; amnesia; headache; giddiness; and memory loss. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
