Typed case summary, correspondence, charts, x-ray films and notes relating to male merchant seaman from outside Great Britain aged 33 at first examination in 1944. Conditions mentioned include: congenital saccular aneurysm of left anterior cerebral artery leading to repeated subarachnoid haemorrhages; severe headaches; and loss of consciousness. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
