Typed case summary, black-and-white photographs, notes, correspondence, autopsy report and report relating to male airman from Great Britain (excluding Scotland) aged 32 at first examination in 1944. Conditions mentioned include: bronchogenic carcinoma in lower lobe of left lung; metastases (multiple) in liver, adrenals and brain; haemoptysis; and pneumonia. No treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
