Typed case summary, correspondence, charts, notes, report and black-and-white photograph relating to female ATS member from Great Britain (excluding Scotland) aged 38 at first examination in 1945. Conditions mentioned include: acoustic neuroma (left side); left peripheral facial palsy; and bilateral papilloedema with failing of vision. Surgical and nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
