Typed case summary, correspondence, charts , autopsy reports and black and white photographs relating to male from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 18 at first examination in 1937. Conditions mentioned include: double vision; giddiness; headache; stiff neck; vomiting; sleep disturbances; squint in eye; ependymona; loss of conscienceness; fits; glandular mass on neck; lack of energy; dysarthria; difficultly with vision; difficultly swallowing; weight loss; facial weakness; and homonymous hemianopia. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
