Typed case summary, correspondence, charts, autopsy reports and reports relating to female from Scotland ( outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 50 at first examination in 1937. Conditions mentioned include: frontal headache; vomiting; unconsciousness; drowsy; poor concentration and memory; hands weak and shaky; obstructive hydrocephalus; suprasellar cyst; pituitary tumour; adenoma; bitemporal hemianopia; somnolence; and weight loss. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
