Typed case summary, correspondence, notes, autopsy report, drawings and charts relating to female from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 42 at first examination in 1939. Conditions mentioned include: numbness in feet and toes; motor symptoms; involuntary jerking of lower limbs; meningioma; brown-sequard syndrome; hyperaesthesia; headache; and carcinoma. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
