Scope and Contents
Typed case summary, charts, notes and black and white photos relating to male patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 41 first examination in 1939. Conditions mentioned include: banged head on door; frontal headaches; peculiar behaviour; smells burning; not seeing as well with left eye; photophobia; staggering; vomiting; drowsiness; unconscious; intracranial hypertension; hypertonus of all four limbs; chronic subdural haematoma; and malignant glioma. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
