Case summary and correspondence relating to male motor driver from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 41 at first examination in 1943. Conditions mentioned include: tuberculous ulceration of the tounge, tuberculosis of the spine with psoas abscess, extensive bilateral pulmonary tuberculosis. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
