Case summary and correspondence relating to male engineer from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 31 at first examination in 1945. Conditions mentioned include: easily tired, loss of appetite, bilateral pulmonary tuberculosis. No family history of tuberculosis. Surgical treatment given, including artificial pneumothorax. Patient discharged.
