Typed case summary, charts, correspondence, autopsy reports and black and white photographs and notes relating to male patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 46 at first examination in 1941. Conditions mentioned include: neuritis; head injury; headaches; vomiting; loss of vision; fatigue; forgetful; pituitary epidermoid tumour; craniopharyngioma; somnolence; and infantilism. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
