Typed case summary, correspondence and chart relating to female patient from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 39 at first examination in 1941. Conditions mentioned include: motor weakness; sensory impairment; involuntary movement of legs; trouble with speech; paroxysmal pain in left side of head and upper extremity; micturition problems; constipation; disseminated sclerosis; and lateral nystagmus. Non-surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
