Typed case summary, correspondence, charts, reports, autopsy report and photograph relating to male from Edinburgh and the Lothians aged 26 at first examination in 1941. Conditions mentioned include: dizziness; vomiting; headache; facial paresis; deafness; and cerebellar abscess. Surgical treatment given. Patient died in hospital after several admissions.
