Typed case summary, notes, black and white photographs, negatives, charts and correspondence relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians)aged 28 at first examination in 1941. Conditions mentioned include: pulsating exophthalmos; concussional head injury; hemiparesis; thrombembolic catastrophe; diplopia; left sided paresis; inflamed left eye; unconscious; and headaches. Nonsurgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
