Instrument of Sasine following on a precept of same date as an earlier charter, for infefting James Brown and spouse in the lands of Glensoun. Sasine given by John Brown, son and heir-apparent of John Brown of Carsluith, as bailie, on 3rd March 1559-60. Witnesses, Thomas Pawtisone in Glensone, Gilbert Pawtisone, and John Andersone. Notary, John Lauder, presbyter of Glasgow diocese, by apostolic authority.
