Instrument of Sasine narrating that Walter Lichtoun of Hovlishaven, as bailie for Archibald, Earl of Angus, gave sasine of an annualrent of eighteen merks from the lands of Mains of Earls Strathdichty to David Graham, son and heir of the late [Robert] Graham of Fintry. Sasine given 18th May 1496. Witnesses, Andrew Richardson, Andrew Baichler, canons, John and David Foullar, John Hwbert, Thomas Luuel, David Grahame, brother of the grantee, and others. William Barre, clerk, of St. Andrews diocese, by imperial and royal authority notary public.
