Records relating to a comparative study of administrative structure and organisational processses in areas of the National Health Services. The study was, as outlined on the grant application, principally concerned with the work of the health care services and with the administrative system which exists to maintain them and to supply their needs as well as to regulate performance and allocate resources to different sectors.

A report resulting from the study "Rediscovering Organisation: Aspects of collaboration and managerialism in Hospital Organisation" was published in 1981, a draft of which can be found in Research Reports.
