Scope and Contents
The report outlines the history of the qualifying examinations and their development, the aims and objectives of the inquiry, methodologies employed in undertaking the inquiry, and the findings thus far.
The report contains Thomson's brief handwritten notes on the inner cover regarding the reliability of the qualifying exam, and some explanatory notes regarding the report. He has also made corrections and additions to some tables and calculations.
