Scope and Contents

When INTVER arrives the INTVEEs are watching the news on the television about the American orbital flight. Female INTVEE is concerned her eldest will not get into Trinity Academy and will have to go to Ainslie Park. She says they have steadily reduced the number of Wardie children going to Trinity. She has seen precocious teenage girls swearing, smoking and making out in the street and has hear stories of teenage teddy boys with black leather jackets and bullying ways. She is not afraid that her children's behaviour will deteriorate but that they will be bullied. She thinks there is a tremendous anxiety amongst the children which comes from the teachers and parents.
