On the front of the drawing: Note (not dated): 'N.B. The Stove to be estimated by the Cnt. The pipes by the running yard as measured along their axis without any extra allowance whatever. Wrought Iron work by the Cnt.'
On the reverse of the drawing: 145 written in black ink, scratched out in pencil
