"This lad had an IQ of 70, was dull. He was in the army and was wounded; now working quite successfully as a drainer, living on a farm. No P.A. Inspector: just a dashed fool. Takes a drop of drink, likes to hear himself shouting, is moody and violent, had a row with his farmer recently."
