Scope and Contents
This boy helped to steal a car. Out of hand as his father is in the services, just pleases himself. House dirty, delapidated, no conveniences. [Male informant] says this boy has low cunning, is not intelligent, very quiet. The police are always chasing him. Was nearly drowned once. Mother does not look after the house; children bonny but dirty. Dr. does not know this boy - mother decent, worn out by childbearing, has been sterilised.
