Scope and Contents
"Diagnosis Anxiety neurosis with schizoid features. She has never had a proper job, but worked as an auxiliary nurse and has done some W.V.S. driving. Parents dead. Father in C.R. Sister was schizophrenic. Patient has been brought up by a Nannie. Symptoms since adolescence at least. All siblings said to be unstable."
