"This woman is definitely queer, has a simplicity, would talk to the minster about sexual matters which most people would keep to themselves. Has been able to keep her house going. Parents dead. Her mother was very queer, wandered about, expected people to put her up for the night, always picking flowers in the graveyard. Husband, farmer, dead. Nurse thinks she is the wisest person there."
