"This is a stupid woman, at present employed as a land worker. Mother 50+. Two illegitimate children. Fairly clean house, not overcrowded. Known to the RSSPCC. Dr confirm - queer, obviously not all there. Nurse confirms that she is soft. Big house, dirty, roomy, cannot write, definitely simple."
