"This boy is badly behaved, has a squint and a wry neck as the result of it, cheeky. Mischievious, not very normal. The nurses think there is nothing wrong with him mentally, but he is not half looked after. Siblings said to be normal but the minister thinks they are all MD, are peculiar in the way they look at you. House fairly clean, overcrowded, very poor home."
