"IQ 79. [Female informant] says she is "dumb". She should be at [school] but isn't owing to transport difficulties. Definitely backward. Father steals, mother a bit soft. They are considered a thieving family. Clean house, but the children were very badly fed for a time, now better. Good house, not overcrowded, clean, harmonious."
