Scope and Contents

'This boy has an IQ of 57 and is MD. He has been notified to the Education Offices but it is not possible for him to travel to the special class. [Female informant] says this is a very imaginative child, thinks he is in the RAF, comes to school with white powder on his face which he says is from the guns - neat and tidy. Was involved in a hand grenade explosion but was not hurt. PC confirms - a problem child, steals.'
