'Attended OPC. Diagnosis - Anxiety state. History of throbbing in the head, buzzing in the ears and palpitations for the past 12 years. Neurotic prolongations of the symptoms of menopause. Father and mother dead. Mother married again, patient keeps house for her stepfather. Very circumscribed existence.'
