'This girl is considered soft, has never worked, just wandered about the road. "looks like a vulture". She and her sister have both applied for PA which was refused. They refused indoor relief. Has an illegitimate child. PC - thinks the girls are hopeless, no one will put up with them and they will end up in the CRI.'
