'This girl is dull. Illegitimate. Housing filthy and overcrowded. Nurse - doesn't know how she escaped certification. The children used to steal food from the neighbouring houses. RC famiy. Dr confirms that the whole family is sub-mental. The daughters are always on the roads after men, stole and were immoral.'
