Processing Information
According to Geddes, P., and Mears, F. C., 'Cities and Town Planning Exhibition: Guide-Book and Outline Catalogue', (Dublin, 1911) exhibits relating to the following could be found in this section: Port Sunlight, Bournville Village Trust, Joseph Rowntree, Doncaster, Indutrial Village, Dourges, Reims, Hampstead, Hull, Knebworth, Alkrington, Warrington, Cutslow, Boston, Swansea, Hanton Villa Estate, Harrow, Ruislip, Rosyth, Gothenburg, Posen, Milan, Letchworth, Ulm, Prince Rupert's Town, Harborne, Crewe, Sealand and Wordsworth Walk. Only a fraction of the exhibits are to be found in this series, some others at the University of Strathclyde Archives and Special Collections. The University of Strathclyde Archives and Special Collections are not arranged intellectually or physically to reflect the physical layout of the Cities and Town Planning exhibitions but have been re-arranged geographically. Therefore, a search of missing items thought to be at the University of Strathclyde Archives and Special Collections would have to be searched using individual place-name search terms.
