Scope and Contents
"Diagnosis: Paraphrenic with grandiose delusions. Patient lost his job in 1919 and was out of work for some time. This reyed on his mind till he offered to work for his food rather than be idle. Became irritiable and drifted into a state of religious excitement, praying and preaching on the streets. Began to hear voices and go off his sleep."
