Scope and Contents

"About a year ago patient's memory began to fail. She became restless, especially at night. Food and drink did not satisfy her, always wanting more. Sleep very bad; up and wandering about at night. Often stripped herself and destroyed sheets. Toilet habits faulty. All these symptoms increased within the last three weeks. She has wandered in her speech, and dwells in the past."
