Scope and Contents

"The cause of patient's condition is said to be the war, worry over being out of work, constant motoring around the country with irregular meals. Since the war the patient has been slightly irritable but nothing markedly abnormal was present till a year ago. Since then he has been irritable, swearing, shouting, lying on the floor and kicking, he has also been very depressed restless at night, complains of hearing voices. Takes no interest in his surroundings. Works all day cleaning windows."
