Scope and Contents

"Very timid and effeminate little boy, with many neurotic traits. His mother who is herself constitutionally neurotic is unwilling to see anything the matter with him. She does however reveal that he cannot tolerate noise of any kind and is afraid of the dark. [Female informant] says he is a boy of superior intelligence. His docile submissiveness is of course quite abnormal. He is apparently unable to allow any free expressionto his aggressive urges possibly because of repressed hostile feeling toward his rival brother. Urgently in need of treatemtn but is mother is not prepared to allow him to come to the clinic."
