Scope and Contents
"Patient left work complaining of an increasing inablity to use his legs. He began to lie in bed utnil about eleven in the forenoon. Associated with this was severe incomnia. Owing to these two factors he began to be depressed, worried about himself and couldn't concetrate his mind on outside matters. Graudally became worse, began to express delusions of a religious nature, and also of self-accustion - thought the had not lived a proper life etc."
