"Neurasthenic but intelligent. Mother 50+, a very fat woman. Father a twister, queer too. Clean house, nice people, but there is some mystery about sister's birth, incest? Dr - Has increased jerks and some paresis - has twice had a leakage from cerebral embolism. Mother a rough type."
