"This deaf and dumb ament is fairly tidy and clean in habits. He does good quality fretwork in which he seems to have had previous training. Helps with polishing the ward. Mentally he is suspicious - thinks he is being talked about and gets into a bad temper. Because of his defect he is inaccessible."
