"A bad epileptic, falls in the street, can't work. Single. Lives with his sister and brother. Two rooms, clean, harmonious. No PA. Was in the last war, discharged because of fits. Everyone believes they are worse at the new moon. He is very annoyed if any one brings him home after a fit."
