Scope and Contents
"Had a severe depressive breakdown two years ago. His sister became over-religious a year ago. Seen by PSW to whom he gave the particulars of his illness - overwork, influenza, then severe depression - treated with ECT. Still has short periods of depression when he would like to talk to a psychiatrist - also worries about his cases, thinks he has made wrong diagnoses etc. Had strong guilt feelings."
