"This girl has recently been in the infirmary for investigation of migraine or headaches - thepain was so great that she used to bang her head on the floor. They did an appendicectomy. Headaches for a long time. Bright normal girl. [Male informant] says that her symptoms started because she was afraid of her teacher. Dr - acidosis and hysteria."
