Scope and Contents

"PC says this woman is "clean gone", has delusions and "hallucinations", will attack the police. Single, lives alone, doesn't work. Blamed the police for something that happened 10 years before. Parents dead, one brother. [Male informant] confirms: Well dressed, well set up woman, goes the same walk every day at the same tinme. He conducted her mother's funeral service but was warned not to visit afterwards as he might get a queer reception. Dr confirms, just odd, has been like it for years."
