"Differing opinions about this boy. [Male informant] says he is quite bright but [male informant] says he is better than many but not just right. There is a "funny kind of bit about him". Working with his father. PC says you can see that he is not right. Dr says this lad is bright in some ways and dull in others. A very bad lad to deal with."
