"Mentally very poor. Had an illegitimate baby, now married. Mother dead. Father a real bad lot, had incestuous relations with one of his daughters. House spotless, overcrowded. Dr confirms dullness. Husband a factory worker. Some of the children are in quarriers homes. No PA."
