Papers relating to a one day conference sponsored by the Citizens Committee on Alienated Youth and held at the Toronto Education Centre. John Spencer delivered the keynote address "The Importance of Communications and Integration of Services in Helping Alienated Youth". Consists of: Conference report; copy programme; copy correspondence from delegates; correpsondence to John Spencer from the Association of women electors of Toronto and the conference organiser; programme for STEP (School to Employment Potential) Youth Conference; unattributed essay "Coffeehouses in Hamilton" exploring "hippy" culture.
