"IQ 70, defective and deformed, will never be able to work. Illegitimate, lives with his uncle and mother. Father very defective looking. Only very little at school, started late. Nice lad. Dr confirms: Spastic birth paralysis, has epileptic fits. They are afraid he might assault people. Should be in an institution. Nurse says he is a post-encephalitic."
